This place was exactly what we were looking for and I couldn't recommend it more. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, which was fantastic! the marvellous and quiet location near shops, pubs, and clubs added to the experience. the service was excellent throughout our stay.

booked queen room, that was provided with a views over town, refurbished modern interior, for example. good and lovely staff, greeted us with such kindness. the location in a shopping area was marvellous. btw, the airport was 0.5 km away.

Overall the service was good. The location close to everything was marvellous and peaceful.

riversleigh fossil centre was just a few steps away from the hotel. it is so close to the airport. location, an easy walk to all attractions. free parking onsite was provided.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like townview fish inn that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We strongly recommend as we greatly enjoyed spinifex motel.

The dinner and breakfast food was good. the room was well-equipped with a handy kitchenette and comfy beds. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the location was peaceful and just a short distance from the main shopping area, making it reasonably priced.

The bed was comfy and the shower was hot, which was nice after a long day. the location was pretty convenient, with some nice restaurants and bars nearby and easy access to transportation.

The lighting was terrible and made it difficult for reading. the room wasn't cleaned until the late afternoon, despite having a "do not disturb" sign up in the morning.

The shower took a while to warm up, which was a bit of a waste of water.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was great as we were easily able to walk to the tourist information centre. the guest laundry was a really nice touch and we appreciated being able to wash our clothes during our stay. Plus, the room was quite spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio with a clothesline for drying our clothes.

We had a few issues during our stay. the hot water took an extremely long time to arrive, which was concerning due to the amount of water wasted trying to get it to come through.
